New pics of Ellie
Well we finally got around to uploading some new pictures tonight. This album contains a few various pics from the month of January up through Ryan Quaid's 3rd birthday party last weekend.
You can see Ellie all decked out in her OSU gear, too bad it didn't help the Buckeyes win the National Championship :-(

* Well, as long as we can sell our current house in the next 60 days.
This has all happened very quickly! We noticed on Wednesday that a house around the corner from us was on the market. We got in to see it on Thursday and put an offer in on Friday. They had an open house on Saturday, and today we ratified a contract with the sellers to close on May 15th! But again, the entire sale is contingent upon us selling our house in the next 60 days, so keep your fingers crossed for us. This new house is literally around the corner from us, less than 2 blocks away. Click here if you'd like to see more pictures of our new home!
Buying a new house is very exciting, but the prospect of selling our house is a bit daunting. We are planning to work all week and next weekned (taking the extra day that President's Day provides) and get our house in shape to go on the market Feb. 19th. There are not major things that need to be fixed, just some paint here and there on walls & trim, a few drywall fixes and a few other cosmetic touch ups. The hard part will be cleaning out rooms and closets to make the whole place look bigger, show well to ensure we get a buyer ASAP!
We'll keep you posted on the selling progress :-)
P.S. This new house has 5BR, so we'll have plenty of room for our out of town friends & family!
